Job Description
Urgently required CSRs in Lahore (Night shift). Salary 15 to 17 K + Sales incentives.
1. Provide assistance and customer support to our on-line clients through phone and live chat support. (Fluency in English communication (spoken) is required).
2. Converting potential website visitors into business and developing long term working relations with them.
3. Coordinating with concerned departments/employees through the transaction/sales process.
4. Ensuring accuracy while receiving information/instructions from clients, documenting those information, passing-on the requirements to the operations and production departments and finally ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Specification
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written both).
Professional communication skills (courteous, accurate, friendly yet professional, ability to convince and mold customers when required).
Computer literacy (Word, excel, email, internet).
