Ensure quality execution in the delivery of services provided by the Net2Apps Offshore team
Conduct a structured review of current processes, existing documentation, and business requirements for relevant Success Factors Applications.
Develop innovative recommendations and solutions that maximize the use of the product and mitigate customer pain points
· Manage staffing requirements and personnel forecasting for projects· Ensure consistent time-reporting and project status reporting processes, managing the dissemination of routine and non-routine communications· Identify roles; assign risk owners, responsibilities and levels of authority
Perform code inspections and reviews to ensure service quality and introduce training and development plans to improve service quality
Collect and interpret customer feedback and re configures the application as required
· Apply experience and creativity to ensure that the application configuration meets the customer’s needs
Desired Skills & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or technical field preferred· Minimum of 5-years’ experience in successful business systems software implementation (Human Resources information systems is preferred)· Experience within a Human Resource business environment or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts· Experience with SuccessFactors or other established Talent Management Software organization (e.g., Taleo, Kenexa, ADP/Virtual Edge, Cornerstone OnDemand, etc.)· Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical functions (HR, IT and Sales)· History of working effectively with a variety of levels of responsibility within an organization· Demonstrated ability to translate non-technical customer requirements into appropriate technical configurations · Self-starter with proven record of working effectively independently and remotely· Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills· History of building and maintaining strong long term relationships with customers remotely· Sound technical knowledge base required. MS Office (especially Word and Excel) is required and familiarity with XML is a plus· Knowledge of web meeting software such as WebEx or GoToMeeting
