• Responsible for establishing a corporate Quality Assurance Process/System and a QA Team that promotes Customer Satisfaction and that positively impacts the financial performance of Matrix/Softpak.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives to make existing Quality Management System more Effective and Efficient.

• Provide regular direction, mentorship and coaching to QA team members.

  Develop and derive dynamic test strategy and approach that supports existing different software development methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Iterative etc. And take a hands-on approach to implement that strategy.
