Job Description
1- Schedule appointments of patient with the doctors and maintain records.
2- Operate PABX system, answer phone calls promptly and provide the required information to all callers.
3- Receive cash from patients for service provided as per the fee structure and deposit cash to accounts/billing at the end of the clinic and maintain record.
4- Submit daily patient summary to administration at the end of the clinic so that record of cash transactions can be maintained.
5- Coordinate with nursing staff for addressing day to day clinic problems.
6- Handle / resolve patient queries and problems to ensure smooth functioning of the clinics. Keep customer satisfied with the services provided to them.
7- Coordinate with housekeeping department and ensure proper cleaning of all clinics and surrounding areas (applicable before and after clinics both).
8- Coordinate with maintenance department for resolving day to day maintenance related issues.
9- Ensure the availability of clinic related stuff in clinics i.e. BP Apparatus, Weighing machine, Thermometer and Stationery.
10- Willing to work in shift duties (morning, evening and night) and follow the duty roster.
11- Responsible to update the patient management system, clinic schedule and other things with the coordination of IT and Administration.
12- Any other assignment given by the Supervisor / department head.
Job Specification
Communication skills, Public dealing & Interpersonal skills, Punctuality, Computer literacy, Cash Handling and Billing (would be an added advantage).
