Job Purpose: Efficiently resolve the reported issues in good timely manner. Also, analyse and implement system requirements for products installs and/or upgrades as requested by the customers
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: As a Software Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Tracks Customer/Project issues and drives solution.
- Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds
- Manage application releases for client as well as quality assurance staff.
- Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging engineering practices.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Any other duties assigned which are in the best interests of the company.

Qualifications: Software Support Engineer should be at least a computer graduate having command over:
- ASP.NET; 1+ year experience
- C Sharp; 1+ year experience
- SQL 2000/2005/2008; Strong knowledge of PL/SQL
- SVN/VSS/Team foundation
- Documentation skill will be plus
