Tracks Customer/Project issues and drives solution.
Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds
Manage application releases for client as well as quality assurance staff.
Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging engineering practices.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Any other duties assigned which are in the best interests of the company.
