What is Jazz Business Consultant?

Jazz Business Consultant advices and offers expertise to corporate clients to help them improve their business performance while leveraging on Jazz’s diverse ICT and Cloud portfolio. With strong grip on the market amp; hand on customer’s pulse JBC opens doors of new clients amp; introduces our digital products portfolio. JBC builds and sustains relationships with the clients while ensuring client engagement, upselling, retention and satisfaction.

Jazz Business consultant is a part of Solution Sales department and reports directly to the Regional Manager (Solution Sales).

What does Jazz Business Consultant do?

• Engage clients to understand their business, sell/create solutions to customer satisfaction while helping them grow.
• Meet and exceed monthly assigned Sales/Revenue targets.
• Meet Retention amp; Recovery Targets of assigned portfolio.
• Notify segments team for relevant Bids/RFPs/EOIs related to Jazz Business Solutions and facilitate in furnishing them.
• Evaluate customer amp; provide market feedback/Intel to product teams.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Jazz Business Consultant?

• Strong understanding of products amp; Industry.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in Cloud. Good communication skills amp; ability to establish strong relationship with customers.
• Understand customer needs and identify solutions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process amp; post-sale.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and adapt to new technologies.
