About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated and passionate Sales Associate to join our team in Karachi. As a Sales Associate at beam, you will:
- Help support our Sales Leadership team on sales opportunities and activity management
- Perform market research on prospective clientele and their industries, and analyse data trends to provide actionable insights
- Drive targeted outbound sales campaigns that generate net new customer leads, and nurture existing leads and client portfolio
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software (Hubspot) to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
- Utilize LinkedIn and other relevant tools to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related field
- 1.5-2 years experience in SDR or Sales Associate roles, with focus on lead generation and data analytics
- Experience with automation, sales, and CRM tools; Hubspot, Google Analytics, Outreach, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced data-driven environment and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive and autonomous attitude
- Excellent written and verbal english skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
