You will be working for Xing Enterprises in Islamabad that deal with I.T Support , Network and software solutions for Government Departments. The company are known locally for there professional business acumen towards its cliental. we are now looking for an Excellent Helpdesk Operator (with excellent IT skills to be in charge of all the in-house IT systems & Reception areas) this role will involve working on the Reception. To apply for this role you must have the following skills:-
* Excellent Telephone Manner (able to deal with all levels of clientele)
* Previous Reception experience ideally in an legal environment however not essential (able to meet & great people & confirm appointments)
* Able to assist the HR advisor on diary management/ recruitment/ admin
* PC Literate
* Excellent Admin Skills
* Previous IT experience (e.g. able to trouble shoot/ deal with in house systems for the firm & day to day enquiries in relation to the pc)
* Able to liaise with companies to sort PC/ IT systems out
* Good PC skills (in Microsoft - word/outlook/excel/internet explorer)
* Good Communications skills
