A customer service representative( Male/ Female) interacts with a company’s customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding services.
Job Specification
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers an emergency situation
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Suggest solutions when a products malfunctions.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Close out or open call records.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
