Job Description
On job training will be provided to perform the following jobs.
 Issuance and revision of contracts.
 Issuance and revision of production orders.
 Follow-ups with PPC regarding Loom Conversions.
 Follow-Ups with folding regarding quality of fabric.
 Delivery of production sample and its approval from customer.
 Delivery of fabric as per shipment schedule.
 Timely delivery of sales tax invoice to the customer.
 Arranging payment form customers.
 Correspondence with local agents.
 Delivery of local commissions to the agents.
 Delivery of local commissions to the agents.
 Dispute handling regarding fabric short and b-grade claims.
 Maintaining debtor's ledger accounts.
 Settlement of disputed debtor accounts.
 Maintaining record of complete correspondence with customers.
 Maintaining record of costing and inflows.
