Helping to raise the fundraising from the all industry’s top notch high profiles. (Private/Govt/Semi Govt) · Develop, lead and manage the Donor Development fundraising strategy for Abdul Samad (Memorial) Trust Medical Centre.· Manage and support the creation of marketing briefs to assist the Marketing function in the creation of specific development campaigns for all Donor Development activities.· Be responsible for the development and implementation of the Donor Development operational plans.· Maintain active membership of relevant networks and keep up to date with developments in the external environment.· Design and execute data integrity projects including returned mail, address updates, merge and inactivation processes.· Fulfill data and reporting requests, including the production of donor lists, regular progress reports and extractions of data from the database for analytical purposes.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor contact and biographical information.
Professional Requirements· Cheerful, outgoing personality and great telephone presence.· Proficiency in creating and editing documents using Word and Excel and utilizing Outlook for electronic mail communications.· Excellent oral and written communication skills.· Ability to gather, analyze and summarize information including numerical and financial data.· Strong people skills, as well as customer service and data entry experience.· Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.· Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
