Job Description
Be responsible to assist in business directions in terms of prospecting, identifying and establishing new and current Clients.
Analyst region's new business opportunities, develop sales plans and execute planned action steps in order to acquire new business in line with Company's strategies and growth objectives.
Coordinator with Engineers contractors, facility owners and Wholesale Distributors/Channel Partners in order to define product specification in order to ensure 100% acceptance of products by owners and distributors
Present products to customers to accomplish Customer acceptance of the value-added proposition attached to the company's products and its services, and to achieve sales closures on terms that are mutually satisfactory to the Customer and the Company
Develop annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly plans detailing concepts and actions necessary to achieve business growth opportunities consistent with the company's growth objectives
Participate with other regional sales colleagues in sharing marketing intelligence about product opportunities that will grow and develop sales
Coordinate new and repeated sales through Wholesale Distributors, channel partners to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with the company's order fulfillment processes
Manages customer situations and designs strategies necessary to maximize customer satisfaction.
Develops technical initiatives geared towards improving the effectiveness of the technical team
Job Specification
The ideal candidate must have a Engineering/Diploma Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics, Business/Marketing or related field. with at least 2-4 years of Pre Sales and Sales experience serving the Mechanical Fire Safety Solutions/System or related process engineering. Experience in the Fire Sprinkler Industry is also acceptable and candidates with regional background/knowledge an added advantage. You must also be comfortable leading a team and working with distributors/channel partners in your current role. You are expected to have strong experience in a similar role with good knowledge of current practices, codes of conducts and procedures. Regional traveling is expected.
