Job Description
Directly assist and report to Asst. Admin Manager on daily routine works.
Perform work related errands as requested or required going out for different tasks
To assist in monitoring and maintain office supplies and ensure that this is done in a timely manner.
Making all domestic and international travel arrangements including international itineraries and visa documentation
Arranging Hotel Room Reservations, Car Rentals
Overall office keeping: has to maintain the inflow and outflow of goods
Responsible to look after all the company vehicles and their payments
Job Specification
- Excellent written & verbal skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Strong communication capability with clients/vendors is a must
-Must have his own conveyance
