Job Description
-Oversee the construction activities that take place on the work site ·
-Remain directly involved in the supervision of Contractors. Monitor, Report and Control their performance.·
-Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to plans and reviews; implementing construction activities and ensure best work quality; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.·
-Receive Construction Material, check quality and ensure proper action.·
-Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions. ·
-Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.·
-Ensure project proceeds in a timely manner.·
-Manage tool and materials inventory for project. Ensure unused materials are accounted for and reported to immediate supervisor.·
-Complete necessary reports and share with immediate supervisor
Job Specification
-Graduate with Diploma in Civil Engineering ·
-Minimum 3-5 year of Experience. Preferable experience in Supervising TWO construction projects·
-A positive attitude.·
-Excellent Communication Skills·
-The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary·
-Excellent understanding of electrical, plumbing, roofing, foundations, carpentry and masonry work
