Strong background and experience in Accounting and Operations (Imports/Exports) in freight forwarding / logistics industry.
Work with department managers and corporate staff to implement short and long term business plans.
- Books of accounts Maintenance
- Perform daily duties assigned by Accounts Manager.
- Monitoring of accounts
- Annual employer statement working
- Working on various Notices
- Reconciliation with accounts
- Verification of evidences of input/output invoices
- Highlighting of issues
- Assist Operations Manager in Import/ export Documentation.
Job Specification
Must have command of Accounting Software
Must have experience in Operations (Air/ Ocean, Export/Import).
Must possess good English language written and verbal skills
