Data Base Analyst

The Data Analysts will support STA portions of the NV NRM process, resources and issues as necessary, to ensure prompt and successful deployment. ·

The Database Analysts will be responsible for equipment databasing, CLLI submittal requests and transmissions, provisioning of NRM and ensuring the work flow is complete end-to-end and ready for the NV migration. ·

The Database Analysts also supports production, updates and management of the migration cut sheets, and tools development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Understands the NRM (National Resource Management) processes · Interfaces LCC, and internal teams concerning provisioning and equipment data, schedules, and technical issues ·
Support efforts to develop database tools needed to increase efficiency·
Tracks issues and resolutions · Provide data for decision making ·
Attend daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and maintains NRM project management and assists with open issues, and resolution plans·
Implement action plans for issue resolution as needed for internal and external NRM project impacts

Background/Experience: 4 years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 1+ years’ experience in project management and controls for major projects Experience using NRM (National Resource Management) System Proven success in contributing to a team oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment Experience with major radio access and backhaul network deployment

Necessary Skills/Attributes: Proven ability to work in a fast paced results driven environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong MS Office skills Working knowledge of reporting tools/databases Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent organizational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team project milestones and to complete assignments within established timeframes

Ability to work in Evening Shifts ( 5.30 PM to 2.30 Am )
Work is generally performed in an office environment.
Work is performed under time schedules and stresses.
Working days Monday to Friday ( 5 days a week)
