Job Description
· To coordinate & Implement Project Management Best Practices throughout the Organization · To establish procedure and work flows specific to the need of organization and implement those successfully.· To coordinate with all the departmental heads & employees on individual task allocation & departmental objectives. · To ensure alignment of projects with the Strategic Business Objectives of the Organization · To design & execute project reporting structures, reporting templates, project knowledge base and status update mechanisms. · To update Senior Management on project timelines, resource allocations, bottlenecks and resolutions. · To play an active role in requirement gathering from the new clients.· To ensure Operational Excellence and Quality Management in the PMO department · Minimize hurdles in performance, Monitoring and Control.· Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. · Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. · Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. · Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
