:: Purpose of Job :: To work within the Business Development team to lead on the sales and marketing of the exam products portfolio. :: Context and Environment :: The Business Development Department has set in place an ambitious plan to ensure its growth and greater impact in a fast changing, global environment. To do this, the department will be engaging and working more directly with partners, both internal and external from all sectors. The business development unit has the potential to generate a large revenue business by tapping into the market and marketing IELTS within the Pakistani market. Due to the potential of the market size the organization requires a team to manage its business development and marketing function. Working as a part of the IELTS Business Development team, the marketing consultant will primarily support the team in not only increasing sales but also to maintain relationships with existing customers and also creating new sustainable partnerships. :: Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Main Duties ::
1. Enhancing customer-base for IELTS:
Assist in implementation of IELTS business development strategy in the field.
Plan and organise daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets ·
Key account management of existing IELTS partners through regular visits.
Enhance the existing network of partnerships and cultivate these relationships. ·
Plan and execute promotional activities.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly call and sales reports, work plans, and regular market analysis. ·
Provide regular market intelligence which informs the marketing strategy
Identifying new markets for wider exams products portfolio.
2. Customer service:
Answer enquiries received in person, by email or by telephone in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
Act on customer feedback by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
Monitor client accounts and ensure regular follow-up.
3. Administrative Support:
Cross functional liaison within the organization with marketing and operational staff to ensure high level of service delivery.
4. Key Relationships:
IELTS Business Partnerships.

:: Notice :: Initially 1 year contract will be offered which is extendable as per performance demonstrated. Prospect candidate should have two years sales and business development experience.
