Job Description

•Coordinating with the different departments and assisting line managers in understanding and implementing policies
• Liaising with employees in the area of staff performance and health and safety
• Staff recruitment - the entire recruitment process from preparing job descriptions and specifications, job adverts, checking application forms, short listing to interviewing and selecting candidates
• Developing and implementing policies in the areas of performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, working conditions and absence management
• Preparing handbooks for staff
• Guiding with the pay scale and other remuneration issues, like promotion and benefits
• Conducting regular salary reviews
• Maintaining employee records and Administering payroll
• Handling grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
• Planning and conducting trainings

• possess strong communication skills (fluency in English is must)
