Job Description
- Candidate will be responsible for overall responsibility for the finance function and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization whilst driving cash flows.
- Prepare and interpret monthly management accounts and annual reports for group.
- Create, coordinate and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning and conservation of assets.
- Assess & manage risks and develop financial management mechanism
- Formulate strategy and long-term business plans
- Approve and coordinate improvements in financial management systems for the company
- Ensuring compliance of Company Law and other applicable legal and statutory compliance
- Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure and position control documents, department budget, mass salary updates, ledger and account maintenance and data entry
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports and special analysis and information reports
- Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures.
Job Specification
CA/ACCA/CMA/Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
A total of 6+ years of experience in Financial management; preferably 2 years at senior management level in strategic planning and execution.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Understanding of general accounting principles, laws and taxes.
