Job Description
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Administration of Employees:
1.1 Responsible for operation of Hand Scanner. Data entry of attendance to review absenteeism, late comings etc.
1.2 Ensure Security and tamper proofing of attendance data. Preparation of data for payroll.
1.3 Preparation of attendance reports for management network.
1.4 Authorization of leaves as per company policy. Maintain Leave record, CL, AL and ML etc.
1.5 Review and recommend company policies on prevention and control on use of addictive substances.
1.6 Employee signature of acceptance on Job Descriptions.
1.7 Enable tea to be served in clean and timely manner to all departments and employees.
1.8 Employee ID cards are kept up to date and issued before expiry. Employee ID cards are returned before release of employee.
2. Administration of Health, Safety and Security Policies:
2.1 Administrative control of Security Guards and coordination with Security Company. Administration of Chowkidar to ensure security of personnel, firm premises, materials and assets of firm.
2.2 Responsible for checking and instructing the security personnel on implementation of Company Security Policies. This relates to security, safety and prevention against unauthorized items or persons coming in or going out.
2.3 Responsible that all Fire Extinguishers are available at designated areas. That all fire extinguishers are refilled or replaced on time.
3. Administration of House Keeping and Cleanliness:
3.1 Responsible for Good Housekeeping and ensuring cleanliness of work area.
3.2 Administrative Head of Cleaning Staff and responsible for their performance in keeping all areas of the Company clean, healthy and Safe.
3.3 Ensuring that all Glass Windows, Doors, office areas, tables and chairs are kept clean and dusted at all times.
4. Administration of IR Issues:
4.1 To maintain close liaison with SESSI, EOBI & Labour Department, registration of covered employees and correspondence.
4.2 Handling EOBI and SESSI contributions.
5. Assist Company in any other way as required by Senior Management:

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: ·
Must be retired military officer like sobedar.
Experience & Qualification:
1. Minimum requirement is Graduate and a minimum of 1-2 years verifiable experience/track record in administration preferred; however, experience may substitute for education.
Communication Skills:
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills required for interfacing and presenting results.
2. Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Computer Skills:
1. Must be proficient in Computer applications, particularly in Microsoft Office.
