1.Day to day other routine analysis as per requirement. 2.Analysis on company’s stocks available at various locations and warehouses with the help of inventory ratios and moving average methods while giving due consideration to seasonal pattern. 3. Maintaining track of promotional expenses, promotional materials availability at locations and evaluation of company’s promotional inputs vs. impacts on sales over different periods. 4. Gather, compile and thoroughly analyze the different sets of data related to sales at different of all the company’s products and over the period of years which includes. 5. Sales forecast on the basis of historical data and also considering other measurable variables. Monitoring actual sales vs. forecast and making required changes on quarterly basis. 6. Third party purchase plan monitoring on regular intervals based on actual sales and shipments. 7.Analysis on competitor’s sales in comparison to our products.
