Job Description
Responsible for the smooth functioning of Regional HR Department.
Ensure implementation and interpretation of company policies at Regional Level.
Responsible to handle all HR issues of direct employees like posting, transfer Leave, discharge, promotions, exit interview and verification.
Provides feedback and suggestions to HR - (HO) for betterment and improvement in HR affairs.
Ensure all the statutory requirements are fulfilled regarding EOBI & ESSI.
Resolve employee’s grievances and maintain discipline.
Ensure that the health and safety policies and procedures for all employees are promoted.
Job Specification
a) Should have 3-4 years’ experience in handling HR issues at Middle Management Position in Services industry.
b) Knowledge of Labour Laws / EOBI / ESSI rules implemented in the country.
c) Knowledge of basic financial matters.
d) Satisfactory computer skills
e) Record handling / man management experience
