Opportunities currently exist for service driven individuals with customer service and administrative experience. The CSR are often the first point of contact for our patients and provide a full range of support including assisting with patient enquiries, booking appointments and processing referrals.Responsibilities
Providing exceptional service when dealing with patients at reception.
Assisting with emergency queries, booking appointments, processing referrals and all related correspondence.
Educating patients in regards to eligibility and fees.
Contact patients with offers of appointment from wait list.
Creating online records and assisting with data entry.
Supporting internal and external stakeholders to finalize referral documentation.
Skills and experience required to be successful
- Exceptional customer services skills. - Advanced computer skills and ability to pick up new technology. - Well-developed interpersonal skills both written and verbal. - High level of attention to detail and continuous quality assurance of data collected. - Effective organization and time management skills and a flexible attitude. - Ability to establish priorities, setting workloads, following through to meet deadlines.
