1.To complete employee file for new hires. 2.To gather data for annual increment of employees. 3.To maintain record of received, shortlisted CVs. 4.To make interview/test calls and maintain record of test/interview results. 5.To assist HR Manager in development of HR functions. 6.To coordinate improvement activities in factory. 7.To keep computerized record of company vehicles, mobile phone, SIMs etc. and keep original documents in custody. 8.To maintain asset records and manage issuance of assets to employees. 9.To prepare administrative notices and communicate. 10.To add warnings etc. to employee files. 11.To work with Admin Officer whenever required. 12.To make final settlement for payment of postpaid phone bills. 13.To go with admin and work in place of him in case of his absence whenever required. 14.To work on other such tasks given by manager.
MS Office 2007, Typing speed (urdu will be preferred), Analytical skills.
