· To complete employee files for new hires and enter details into HRIS. · To gather data for annual increment of employees and add details into HRIS after increment/promotion. · To maintain record of received, shortlisted CVs. · To make interview/test calls and maintain record of test/interview results. · To assist HR Manager in development of HR functions. · To coordinate improvement activities in factory. · To keep computerized record of company vehicles, mobile phone, SIMs etc. and keep original documents in custody. · To maintain asset records and manage issuance of assets to employees. · To prepare administrative notices and communicate. · To add warnings etc. to employee files. · To work with Admin Officer whenever required. · To make final settlement for payment of postpaid phone bills. · To go with admin and work in place of him in case of his absence whenever required. · To work on other such tasks given by manager.
- Should have efficient typing speed. Urdu typing skill will be highly preferred. - Should be a good user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
