Job Description
Consistently grow the number of consignments generated and achieve the targets as set out by the company.
Achieve sales productivity and appointment targets.
Generate new prospect leads and new accounts over the telephone and face-to-face.
Ensure that a full profile is gained of each customer contacted and that the opportunities to convert the customer into a trading account are evaluated.
Maintain all customer profile information on to the Sales and Marketing system.
Monitor consignments ensuring that the highest levels of service are carried out at every stage.
Provide customers with accurate and cost effective quotations.
Actively adhere to the company’s credit control procedures for every new customer.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports of sales activity and potential new customers
Provide a high level of internal and external customer care Pass on ‘live’ accounts to the appropriate operations staff
Job Specification
* Freight Sales Professionals having experience in Air,& Ocean
* FCL & LCL with experience in Freight Forwarding and Shipping Industry.
* Strong communication and inter-personal skills Self-motivation
* Ability to work on own initiative and be a self starter
* Must be well versed with latest Incoterms and Product knowledge is essential
