Job Description
Human Resource Officer who will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
Drafting/ preparation of memo’s and official documents/letters
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions
Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment
Schedule, organize and conduct job interviews
Monitor daily attendance
Conduct exit interviews
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
Job Specification
Sound Communication and Listening skills - verbal and written, both English & Urdu is a must
Proficiency in Computer (MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent problem solving, Conflict handling & Time Management Skills
