Must have a BIKE to come to work, as it's the requirement of the position. No travelling is required.

- Determine suitability of clients for Immigration via their CVs/Resumes.
- Oversee the completion of all relevant immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- Ensure that all information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Stay in touch with latest Immigration Policies and Procedures.
- Answering telephone, dealing with straightforward queries, taking detailed messages and forwarding to team.
- Preparation of standard application forms
- Photocopying correspondence and documents
- General filing of client documents and file retrieval
- Drafting of visa applications and supporting documentation
- Other Outdoor work as and when necessary.
Education and Experience- Must have a Bachelors degree ideally in Education or LLB.
- Strong knowledge about various Careers and Occupations.
- Good data entry/keyboard skills
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- Relevant product knowledge
