Job Description
This is an Executive level position (Female Only). The prospect will be reporting to HR Manager.
To assist the HR Manager in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions.
Looking after Recruitment & Selection process specifically for IT Professionals (Web Developers, Android/Iphone Developers, Business Developer, SEO's etc)
Conducting Orientation program for new employees.
Looking after employee payroll, compensation and benefits including statutory deductions.
Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process.
Performance appraisal or evaluation of employees.
Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Oversee employees’ disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies.
Develop and recommend plans and activities to improve on the current HR system and process development.
Job Specification
Must have Experience in Software (Web, Mobile Apps) and IT services Industry.
Independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, dependable and able to work independently.
Enjoy working with people in a team.
Be able to stay calm in pressure situations.
Have good spoken and written communication skills.
Be confident about gathering facts and statistics.
Respect the importance of confidentiality, as you will be dealing with employees' personal details.Have good organizing skills.
Have problem solving skills.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
