Job Description
To understand the existing production processes and existing QC and QA measures.
To modify the existing Quality Control documentation and reports at all stages for
effectiveness.
To participate in trainings and educate workers and supervisory staff of the latest quality
tools and concepts.
To undertake Root Cause Analysis for in house and external complaints and implement
Corrective and Preventive Actions.
To review existing SOPs and devise SOPs for remaining processes.
To work in teams for productivity improvement programs.
To visit customer premises when needed to handle complaints.
To complete other tasks and provides reports as required by management.
Job Specification
Must be MSc (Quality Management) or diploma holder in TQM.
Must have command on the use of MS Office.
