Research and build relationships with new clients. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network. · Client retention by presenting new products and services and enhance existing relationships. Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend. · Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.· Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs. Plan approaches and pitches & participate in pricing the solution/service.· Work with concerned departments to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion with ability to negotiate appropriately. · Marketing, product development and channel management for key accounts.
