Job Description
1. Knowledge of construction material and its specifications.
2. Preparation of construction schedules and monitor progress of all construction activities.
3. Control and monitor the inspection activities listed in the inspection and testing plans for the receipt of the materials for the completion of the project.
4. Coordinate with all the concerned departments proactively and appropriately for smooth and on time completion of tasks.
5. Ensure the usage of construction material, quality of construction work and related finishes. Compile and analyze the final quality document for current and future use.
6. Complete management, supervision and on time completion of work executed by contractors / external parties as outlined in the project plan.
Job Specification
1. Candidates with Civil background and relevant experience in the construction of large industrial and commercial buildings.
2. Candidate is expected to work with minimal supervision.
3. Able to work in a team.
4. Can do and solution oriented attitude.
5. Result oriented work approach.
