· Handling all company affairs in the absence of CEO and keep him abreast about progress
· Establishing relationships with new clients through business development and marketing
campaigns.
· Visiting current and prospective clients to develop strong relationships
. Getting to know how client companies operate and understanding their general ‘culture’.
· Making visits and presentations to corporate clients.
· Writing and advertising vacancies on the job boards.
· Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
· Helping candidates to identify and achieve their career goals, and encouraging continuing
professional development.
· Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates both personally and by telephone.
Making job offers and checking references on candidates.
Job Specification
· Should be able to work independently with minimum guidance.
· Must be a good team leader and well member of the team.
· Well versed to make business plans, identify opportunities in the mark and prepare actionable plan.· Dynamic personality with exceptional communication and social skills to add on to the clientage.
· Should be able to make process and procedure and give a start of company.
· Good knowledge of drawing third party contracts and implementation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in recruiting
· Knowledge of recruiting laws and regulations
· Ability to maintain consistent follow-up with key candidates, managers, and sourcing partners
