- Managing and looking after Desktop Support to all work stations based on multiple projects
- Understanding of advanced networking technologies and solutions including IPV6, MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, multicast, policy-based routing, ether-channel, QoS, traffic-shaping, load balancing, WAN Optimization, etc
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco Nexus technologies such as vPC, VDC, Fabric Extension
- Experience with Cisco ASA, Firewalls, Solid understanding of network utility services including TFTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP, NTP,SMTP, SYSLOG, etc
- Understanding of advanced data center networking technologies and solutions including Data Center Interconnect, DR integration, etc
- Installation of asterisk server from scratch
- Configuration Inbound and outbound dialing
- Monitor sip.conf, extensions.conf and dialplan as well
- Trouble shoot the problems created in asterisk server and solve the problems.

Job Specification
Primary responsibility is to manage and supervise the diverse internal infrastructure, network, server, system, security and outsourced vendor related aspects of the information technology department. Responsible for project management, cross-team development and participation and long-term project execution. Determine opportunity analysis of potential technical projects. Network Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring the progress of infrastructure-related projects to ensure ongoing alignment with organization and division goals.
As Manager coach, guide, lead and train staff. Identify and advice on technical gaps and opportunities. Attend division and team leader meetings, administer performance evaluations and plan staff development. Develop and continually optimize the utilization of all business systems, including network, hardware, software, etc., troubleshooting systems as needed. Network Operations Manager may develop and recommend budget and capital reserve expenditures for equipment and systems purchases and enhancements. Prepare technical feasibilities and presentations for the Network Operations Manager will prepare status and response reports for all application development and support activities, identifying current and potential issues and assessing impact. Network Operations Manager is responsible for proactively recommending solutions.
