Job Description

Customer Care Representative Patient Coordinator A rapidly growing health care company is seeking to expand our patient coordination team with full-time energetic individuals. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic professional who is looking to grow with an organization. The successful candidate will work on a consultative basis with patients understanding their medical needs. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial mindset, drive and motivation to be successful.
Main responsibilities:· Outbound calls to customer and understand their specific needs, collect additional information and documentation for processing;· Develop case reports for service providers;· Work with service providers to provide price quotation to customers;· Communicate multiple options based on customer request and needs;· Ability to multitask and willingness to perform various team functions when requested;· Responsible for setting up appointments;· Maintain regular contact with prospects and customers.
Experience and Skills:· Experience in sales / customer service / call center environment;· Excellent communications skills in English both written and oral and a commitment to world class customer service;· Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of Word, Outlook, internet, etc.);· Strong phone, data entry skills required;· Knowledge of proper email etiquette and able to compose proper business emails;· Effective listener and able to understand customer needs;· Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients in a way that allows for a comfortable consultation;· Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct;· Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working in a team.
Additional details:· This is a contract job.· Location: Home/Virtual Salary range: $ 350 to 450+ commission
