• Install computer hardware and software.
• Trouble shoot and problem solve hardware, software, phones and networking issues when they are assigned.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer hardware.
• Perform basic computer training of staff. Maintain anti-malware/antivirus system.
• Setup computer equipment for meetings.
• Be the backup for certain System Administrator functions.
