Job Description

A well known and a market leader organization in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics field is looking for dynamic, hard working individual for its HR & Admin Department. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience of above 10 years in freight forwarding / logistics field

Incumbent will be responsible for the South Region Human Resource, Industrial Relations and Administration functions of the Company. The position reports to the Group Head of Human Resource at the Head Office in Lahore. Primary responsibilities are:
  • Human Resource
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Compensation administration
  • Trainings
  • Performance Management
  • HR Operations
  • Various Reports
  • Addressing grievances
  • Separations
  • Payroll & final settlements
  • Industrial Relations
  • Compliance with government regulations such as
  • Industrial compliance
  • Workmen regulations
  • Establishment requirements
  • Inquiries
  • Workmen code
  • Day to day operations
  • Coordination with government officials of such establishments as
  • Ministry of Labor
  • SESSI
  • EOBI.Etc
  • Meeting and counseling of drivers and workshop staff on regular basis
  • Displaying of required documents / notices on office notice board
  • Administration
  • Responsible for general office hygiene, safety protocols and maintenance matters
  • Setup activities (task wise) for subordinate staff
Position is at the company’s Port Qasim facility. Incumbent is required to visit the City offices in Karachi 2 days a week.
