Job Description

To support the HRD and business to achieve strategic objectives, as set out in the Strategic Action Plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities. Line Management responsibility for other Business Partners covering different business and curriculum areas as the resourcing assistant To act as Change Agent in Managing Organizational Change for client organizations where this relates to HR-related activities example restructures, compensation and payroll redundancies and voluntary human resources schemes. Responsible for collaborating with the HR Management teams of potential organizations to develop, implement and fulfill human resource requirements on projects designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of HR tools and processes. Gather requirements. Prepare for and conduct requirements using a variety of techniques including but not limited to: brainstorming, interviews, surveys, client visits, follow-up requirements, workshops and workflow analysis for potential prospects. Documents analysis, manpower analysis, and focus group sessions.

Analyze requirements. Work with stakeholders, clients and project manager to prioritize requirements and agree on assumptions and constraints. Organize, model, and specify requirements with the appropriate level of detail given complexity, risk, and audience. Work with stakeholders, sponsor, and project team to verify and validate requirements through review of requirements.Responsibility for the HR Case List, ensuring that the HR Business Partners are well supported and satisfied to deal with employee relations cases, in accordance with organization’s policy and best practice and for producing a regular Case List activity report for the HRD.Acting as an ambassador for the HR Business Partner model, actively driving up standards to highlight the benefits of the model for clients.To actively manage direct reports, ensuring that regular one to one meetings take place to assist clients to drive up standards within the team and to ensure that the HR & Development team provides a high level of customer service at all times.The particular duties and responsibilities attached to posts may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the duties or the level of responsibility involved. Any additional work and task have to complete given by the manager/supervisor.

Job Specification

Hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
Relationship Management experience. HRM Certifications will be an added advantage.
Essential Skills:
Excellent working knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations Excellent understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations cases Formal report writing for different audiences Performance management and working within defined policies and procedures Leading on organizational change projects including restructures and redundancy programs Using HR software solutions Should have strong strategic and analytical skills

Desirable Skills:
Should be able to plan and organize tasks effectively
Should have strong decision making and problem solving skills
Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite
