Assistant Manager Sales

• Building effective relationships and communicate effectively at all client levels
• Proactively approaching the market segment through active participation in industry and community organizations
• Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to ensure additional business and drive deeper strategic interactions between the client and hHELIOS
• Providing support to the Marketing department in creation, management and execution of the business development plan.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails
• Cold calling to engage potential customers to prospect for new business
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Acting as a contact between hHELIOS and its potential clients and markets
• Gathering market and customer information
• Driving customer contact strategy
• Representing hHELIOS at Seminars, exhibitions, events etc
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Recommendations on sales improvements/ opportunities
• Feeding future sales trends back to concerned departments
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills. (Please don’t apply if you cannot speak fluent English.)
• Preferably relevant job experience but is not a must have.
