A leading education & immigration consultancy firm hHELIOS is looking for a motivated team member for its Sales Department who is capable of determining, overseeing and executing the Business and Sales plan. The AM Sales will be responsible for:
- Building effective relationships and communicate effectively at all client levels
- Proactively approaching the market segment through active participation in industry and community organizations
- Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to ensure additional business and drive deeper strategic interactions between the client and hHELIOS
- Providing support to the Marketing department in creation, management and execution of the business development plan.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails
- Cold calling to engage potential customers to prospect for new business
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Acting as a contact between hHELIOS and its potential clients and markets
- Gathering market and customer information
- Driving customer contact strategy
- Representing hHELIOS at Seminars, exhibitions, events etc
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Recommendations on sales improvements/ opportunities
- Feeding future sales trends back to concerned departments
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
