Warehouse Executive

1. Manage inbound / outbound operations of the Warehouses.
2. Controls inventory levels by conducting monthly physical stock counts, daily cycle counts and stock reconciliation with the system (SAP MM)
3. Maintain the quality of FG stock.
4. Manage Finished Goods stock movement according to First Expiry First Out basis.
5. Ensure customer order executions as per agreed terms and conditions.
6. Maintain System (SAP-MM) with respect to finished goods receiving/ issuance and generate stock reports as per need.
7. Plan daily dispatch schedule according to route plan.
8. Maintain Point of sale (POS) material stock and its issuance as per plan.
9. Maintain all Warehouse related documents such as Stock Transfer Order, Delivery Note, Bilty etc. and update the system accordingly.
10. Maintain safety, health and environmental condition for storage of Finished Goods Stock at the warehouses.
11. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
