Job Description
-Work with Head of Marketing for establishing a digital marketing unit that support the wider marketing function for existing business and upcoming projects
-Develop business in international market
-Work with development team to oversee website and landing page development
-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and bring in ROI for each campaign spending
-Design and implement SEO, PPC and Social Media strategy
-Work with management to create and implement affiliate partner program
-Reporting on campaign performance
-Keep learning new tools and techniques in digital marketing and translate learning into new initiative that add value in company’s ongoing campaigns
-Train other staff members on different online marketing techniques

-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Proactive and "can-do" attitude
-Experienced in SEO, PPC and Social Media campaigns planning and execution is a mandatory requirement for this position
-Working knowledge of email marketing and affiliate partnership development is a definite plus
-Experienced in website management for sales conversion and landing pages optimization is another requisite for this position
-Knowledge of web analytics packages essential, in particular Google Analytics
-Strong marketing concepts and statistical analysis ability
-Updated with new trends and techniques in digital marketing world
