Job Description

we are looking for a HR manager with excellent prior experience (atleast 4 years) in working with software houses, IT/software companies. and have played key role in recruitment of mobile developers(android, iphone) and web developers.
  • Review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well by asking questions to identify the right candidate(s)
  • Understand technology, technical roles, technical skills, and the technology in use at Creative Chaos
  • Keep candidates engaged by building credibility and always keeping them in loop
  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR Management and development including, but not limited to recruitment and selection, policies and procedures, discipline, grievance, counseling, compensation and benefits, contracts, training and development, succession planning, motivation, culture and attitude development, performance management and quality management issues
  • Liaise with other functional/departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements
  • Develop and Maintain healthy relation with academic institutions to ensure timely and swift supply of quality human resources as per organization’s needs
    Develop and utilize metrics to evaluate HR’s contributions to the achievement of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Develop and align the organization’s human capital management plan with its strategic plan
  • Participate in enterprise risk management by examining HR policies to evaluate their potential risks to the organization
  • Strategically apply integrated technical tools and systems including HRIS, performance management tools, applicant tracking, compensation tools, and employee self-service technologies
  • Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development
  • Manage in-house training programs for technical as well as non-technical staff
  • Plan and organize quarterly events with the focus to achieve desired objectives
  • Manage finance and payrolls.

    Understanding of Technology and IT Industry
    Web site management and WordPress knowledge

    • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel and HRMS
    • Effective oral English and written communication skills.
    • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
    • Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Skills in database management and record keeping.
