we are looking for a HR manager with excellent prior experience (atleast 4 years) in working with software houses, IT/software companies. and have played key role in recruitment of mobile developers(android, iphone) and web developers.

Develop and utilize metrics to evaluate HR’s contributions to the achievement of the organization’s strategic goals and objectivesDevelop and align the organization’s human capital management plan with its strategic planParticipate in enterprise risk management by examining HR policies to evaluate their potential risks to the organizationStrategically apply integrated technical tools and systems including HRIS, performance management tools, applicant tracking, compensation tools, and employee self-service technologiesPlan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and developmentManage in-house training programs for technical as well as non-technical staffPlan and organize quarterly events with the focus to achieve desired objectivesManage finance and payrolls.Job Specification
