UX / UI Designer

• Analyze business requirements to create design which addresses business and user requirements
• Conceptualize and design the user interfaces for mobile and desktop products
• Recommend and manage UI / UX design strategy for applications, design rationale and specifics of user centered design
• Create conceptual wireframes and interactive prototypes

• 5-7 years of experience as a UX and UI Designer of enterprise-class web and mobile applications
• Proven track record with portfolio of previous professional work
• Understand the full software development lifecycle and GUI accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills

• Must have solid grasp HTML5/CSS3, Javascript / JQuery
• Desktop, Mobile and Tablet design experience across multiple formats
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working on Agile development projects
• Desired experience with a prototyping software Axure, Invision, Bootstrap, or Fireworks
• Familiarity with SEO will be a plus
