Job Description
- To ensure the quality of all influx chemicals before their issuance to production department
- To keep himself updated about new arrivals through email from store audit.
- For testing & analysis collect the chemical samples from the store.
- Test the chemicals’ quality according to the standard Testing Procedures.
- For final decision about acceptance/rejection of chemicals, prepare the Auxiliaries Final Audit Report & get it signed by his seniors
- Update the store audit & store about the chemicals’ acceptance or rejection, through email.
- Take care of house keeping of his section.
- For selection of better chemicals/dyes, perform the evaluation testing of new chemical samples and maintain their record.
- Maintain record of chemical literature received from suppliers.
- For smooth functioning of his section, keep on checking stock of his standard chemical & inform to his seniors when stock is approaching re-order level/ 3 weeks consumption
- To follow company health & safety procedures
- Any other task or duty as assigned by reporting & competent authorities
Job Specification
F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) DAE Chemical Minimum 02 years relevant experience Should have good understanding of chemical testing procedures hazards associated with chemicals. Should be able to work in Ms word, excel & email software
