To execute the testing activities of fabric lab as per required standard methods and ensure smooth working during his shift· Take over charge from the previous shift & check the status of all testing equipment's · For testing purpose, receive the fabric samples from Finishing/ QC representative · Check the sample for size, fabric code and relevant information for identification. · Execute the testing of samples as per required standard methods Record the test results in the Fabric Physical Testing log. · For rolling of fabric conforming to standards, give go ahead to inspection department· If any abnormality is detected in testing results, verify it & intimate his seniors.· In case of any Problem observed in testing equipment, immediately intimate his seniors, and contact the maintenance staff available in the shift. · Maintain house keeping of the department during his shift.· Ensure the cleaning of testing equipment's. · Maintain the discipline during his shift.· Guide & train the Assistant QA Auditors for fabric testing.· For smooth functioning of the dept, check the running stock of consumables & intimate the seniors if the stock is insufficient for next 48 hours.· Prepare the charge report in the end of his shift & hand over charge to the next shift

F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) / DAE Textile / FA03 - 04 years Fabric Testing, Garment Testing experience Should be able to read, write Urdu & English Should have good understanding of fabric testing procedures applied for the testing of denim/ woven fabric Should be able to work in Ms word & Ms excel Should be able to understand & troubleshoot problematic issues in the fabric testing
