Job Description
- Recruitment and selection ( Interview scheduling, making interview calls, candidate's tests processing, make the entire after interview coordination etc. Maintain SAP-HCM with regards to all Recruitment and selection processes and procedures)
- Employee Relations (Staff Attendance Management, Maintenance of EOBI/PESSI Records, Smooth processing employee separations, support Regional HR Manager to effectively and efficiently manage Factory Employee Relations matters)
- Provide support in Training and Development Activities
- Record keeping / file maintenance of all HR/ ER documents
- Effectively perform any other task assigned by the Regional HR Manager.
Job Specification
- Human Resources & Employee Relations functional knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel
- Preferably posses working experience in SAP-HCM environment
- Positive mindset to contribute for the growth of the organization in a challenging working environment
