01. Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
02. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
03. Maintaining logbook of employees and visitors.
04. Maintaining telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
05. Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
06. Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
07. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
08. Making official communication through email/phone.
Job Specification
01. Fluent English and Urdu (Speaking/Listening/Writing/Reading)
02. Experience of greeting guests and visitors and making them feel welcome in a positive and friendly manner.
03. Experience of basic clerical duties and office procedures.
04. Approachable with good interpersonal skills.
05. A good standard of personal presentation
06. Ability to promote a positive image of the company to the customer.
07. Good working knowledge of using MS Office to a competent level within an office environment, especially MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
08. Excellent communication skills with peers of all levels up to senior management.
09. Willingness to work flexibly in response to changing organizational requirements.
