We are seeking a candidate for the position of Accounts Executive for our Karachi based retail company. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing complete accounts and sales record for individual orders.
- Preparing audit report.
- Manage and maintain record of petty cash, utility bills, office operations, maintenance and repair.
- Maintain books of debtors. Creditors
- Maintaining the personnel system including leave record, time sheets.
- Maintaining the office inventory system including scheduled stock taking.
- Prepare report sheets as requires by CEO.
- Prepare/ compile the bank statement on monthly bases.
- Prepare and maintain payslips and relevant staff documents.
