Job Description
• Perform application and environmental deployments to ensure minimal customer impact.
• Design business continuity and disaster recovery solutions including sufficient testing documentation to ensure complete system reliability.
• Evaluate new and existing technologies for efficient use of corporate resources.
• High-Level contributor in multi-vendor integrations, solutions, and management.
• Maintain awareness of integrated systems and changes to products, procedures or services.
• Work closely with all teams and managers to resolve issues and implement project tasks.
• Report on and complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate and coordinate deployments, maintenance and downtime with other departments.
• Identify potential system problems and recommend alternative solutions.
• Maintain a library of associated materials for all equipment, processes, and procedures, including application documentation and system diagrams.
• Perform 3rd level support for applications as required
• Maintain SAS70, SARBOX, COBITs, and any other audit requirements
• Ability and willingness to work after-hours, weekends, and maintenance windows
• Business travel as assigned by management
• Participate in regular 24x7 on call rotation
• Citrix system administration
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server operations
